DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
LGM Design Group will consult with the restraurant owner/manager to establish the following parameters:
SCHEMATIC PLAN PROGRESS
LGM Design Group will consult with the architect and the owner to review the planning program for the purpose of finalizing the space and the budget estimate. This is followed by the preparation of a schematic design drawing and flow diagram for all foodservice areas. Schematic drawings are provided with updated budget estimates for the architect's and owner's review and approval.
LGM Design Group will prepare 1/4" scale or 1:50 metric equivalent design development drawings of all foodservice areas with a schedule of equipment reflecting fixed and movable equipment for the architect's and owner's review and approval.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT PHASE
LGM DESIGN GROUP will prepare rough-in drawings with complete schedules of utility requirements. Coordinate with related engineer (s) and architectural staff to coordinate work of construction contract as it affects equipment or operation systems. Prepare cut sheets that describe utility requirements. Prepare final working drawings to show custom fabrication equipment and special construction details, including but not limited to: equipment layout, electrical, plumbing water and drain connections, ventilation, refrigeration, special conditions and critical dimension plans as well as any details, elevations and sections as required of custom fabrication to properly illustrate the scope of work.

LGM Design Group provides customers with a design based on their specific needs, complemented by planning documents necessary to support the design process. We also consult and work with the customer's architects to finalize the space and the budget estimate.
