Lee Gordon MacDonnell, President
President of LGM DESIGN GROUP, Inc., established the company in March 1997 as a foodservice design and consulting team. Gordon has over 18 years of experience within the foodservice industry. His skills today were developed through his varied foodservice experiences ranging from general manager of a premiere Boston restaurant to vice-president of national accounts for Tampa, FL based Beltram Foodservice Group. While with Beltram he took a hands-on approach to guiding clients from the design process to project completion. His career has seen him work on numerous high-profile projects such as MastroÂ’s Vegas City Center and Fulton's Crab House at Walt Disney World in Orlando, among others. His range of clients is broad and includes assisted living facilities, convention centers, large chain restaurants, the entertainment industry, to name a few. Gordon is dedicated to the quality of products and services his organization provides where customer satisfaction always comes first.
Robby Price
Supports Gordon as a designer and holds an Associate of Arts Degree in computer-aided drafting and design. His education is complemented by his 12 year fabrication background in the foodservice industry. Robby also specializes in equipment layout design and coordination among other trades. A few projects he has contributed to include Melting Pot Fondue Restaurants, House of Blues at Disney World in Orlando, HOPS Restaurant Bar & Brewery in Tampa and many other Walt Disney projects. He has also worked on retirement living communities with locations in Sun City, Naples, Parkland and Tampa. Robby is a detailed designer who is meticulous and conscientious of his customer's needs.
Rangel Rivera
Rangel supports Gordon as a designer. He is originally from San Antonio, Texas where he consulted and designed projects for many school districts K-12, Senior and Community Centers, among numerous other projects. His background includes custom stainless steel fabrication design, project management and equipment sales. Rangel is dedicated to providing his customers with the best design possible while keeping with the clientÂ’s needs and budget in mind.
Chris Belcher
Chris supports Gordon as a designer. He is currently going to USF and working part-time with LGM design. Recent projects he has contributed to are the design and development of several Walt Disney projects in Orlando. Chris is a detailed designer who is meticulous and conscientious of his customer's needs.
David Juarez
David supports Gordon as a designer. He is currently going to USF and working part-time with LGM design. Recent projects he has contributed to are the design and development of several Mastro's projects. David is a detailed designer who is meticulous and conscientious of his customer's needs.
Gregg Richardson
Gregg supports Gordon as designer. He came from OSI Restaurant Partners. Recent projects Gregg has contributed to the design and development of are Marriott Century Center, Atlanta. Gregg is a detailed designer who is meticulous and conscientious of his customer's needs.
The LGM Design team provides our customer a design based on their needs along with the planning documents necessary to support the design process. We consult and work with several architects for the purpose of finalizing the space and the budget estimate. Additional, we always maintain a high profile during the construction process with site visits to the project to ensure that our design and equipment installation is as specified.
